The state of Washington does not require continual education for licensed Civil Engineers. However, here at Æsir Engineering, PLLC we require continual education for our engineers. Some of the recent courses we have taken includes, but are not limited to,

Improving Earthquake Performance of Manufactured Homes.
Our engineers have been practicing for over two decade, and proud ourselves for providing solutions for the most difficult areas of your building.
We also prefer to work with all parties involved with your project. That is, with you, your architect/designer and your builder. When we all work together, your home/building will be much better for it.

Structural engineering
Every building is unique and needs special attention in order to make it safe. Our designs ensures your safety during seismic events, wind storms, and regular use.
FOUNDATION INSPECTIONS
We provide Foundation Inspections for structures. This can include inspecting your foundation to find out if you can remodel or add an addition to your existing building without replacing your existing foundation, or if you need an inspection to sell your manufactured home.
Structural OBSERVATIONS
We provide Structural Observation Services for your project when required by your local Building Department or if you want someone to ensure your building is constructed according to your plans.
EXPERT WITNESS
We provide Expert Witness Services if you have legal issues regarding your structure’s safety or any structural damages.
